Fred Goff is the architect of strategic AI roadmapping & implementation at The Excelsior Group. With a career defined by operational turnaround and technological foresight, Fred empowers enterprise leaders to transition from traditional overhead models to agile, AI-enhanced ecosystems. Under his guidance (and often direct contributions), clients achieve not just incremental improvements, but fundamental shifts in their competitive posture within the global marketplace.  Fred has built and run AI companies in the hedge fund, consumer internet and HRtech space.   He holds a BS and an MS from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's from MIT (where he studied with his thesis advisor, Clay Christensen, from Harvard).  Fred, a former EY Entrepreneur of the Year, has been an MIT Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Lab affiliate for over 15 years.
